Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mavericktrading.com (the "Site") operated by Maverick Trading ("Maverick Trading," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or apply to our program. Acceptance into the Maverick Trading program is at our sole discretion, and submitting an application does not create any obligation on our part to accept you, allocate capital to you, or continue a relationship with you.

2. Program Fees and Costs

Participation in the Maverick Trading program requires a membership fee of $199 per month, which continues for as long as you remain an active member of the firm. This monthly fee is in addition to a one-time enrollment fee and a required risk capital contribution.

Enrollment fee and risk capital amounts are not fixed. They vary depending on the membership level you qualify for and select, and they may be adjusted from time to time. There is no single published amount that applies to every participant.

Fees are charged whether or not you generate trading profits and are not contingent on performance. The specific amounts, payment schedules, refund terms, and risk capital requirements applicable to your membership level will be disclosed to you in writing, and set out in the written agreement provided, before you enroll. In the event of a conflict, that written agreement controls over the Site.

We may change program fees prospectively. Current fees will be disclosed to you before you enroll or renew.

3. No Investment Advice and No Guarantee of Results

All content on the Site — including articles, videos, charts, webinars, examples, and training materials — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Maverick Trading is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Any figures, profit splits, capital allocations, charts, account screens, or scenarios shown on the Site are illustrative. They do not represent actual or typical results, and they are not a promise or guarantee that you will earn money, qualify for capital, receive any particular allocation, or achieve any specific outcome.

Individual results vary based on skill, discipline, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Many traders do not achieve profitability.

4. Testimonials

Testimonials appearing on the Site reflect the individual experiences and personal opinions of the people who gave them. They are not necessarily representative of what any other participant will experience, and they are not a guarantee of future results. Contributors are not compensated for their statements unless expressly noted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or redistribute our training materials, curriculum, videos, or proprietary methodology without written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in an application.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or overload the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, video, course content, and software — are owned by or licensed to Maverick Trading and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, brokers, software, and platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, availability, or practices. References to third-party tools or reviews on the Site are not endorsements, and we may receive compensation from some third-party relationships.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maverick Trading and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maverick Trading and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
